BHC shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST excluding holidays BHC are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by customer will cause delays. Billing and Shipping addresses must match , if billing and shipping do not match, we will contact you via email or phone to correct this issue within 24 hours. If you do not respond to our correspondence within 24 hours we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
Shipping and Processing Times:
General processing and shipping: 3-5 business days for processing and 2-3 days for shipping
Major sales / promotion processing and shipping: 5-7 business days 2-3 days for shipping
Expedited Shipping: 1 day
If you provided an email address at time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your tracking information. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) once you receive your tracking number, your order is in the HANDS OF USPS, the tracking may say label printed etc, but it is at the post office being processed. A signature is required for all our orders to be delivered. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing and or shipping information imputed by customer will cause delays. If you need additional information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. All orders are insured by the carrier you selected therefore if a package arrives late, goes missing, etc please contact them to file a claim. Since all orders are insured, they MUST BE SIGNED FOR! We insure all orders to protect our customers and their investments.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES:
If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the shipping section, your order will go through but will be canceled & refunded minus a $25 restocking fee. All orders are required signature; therefore, we can not ship to PO BOXES.
All sales are FINAL no refunds are allowed due to the exclusive nature and high appeal of our products. We do allow our customer a store credit or exchange. Customers are advised to complete exchange requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for an exchange or store credit. Any exchange request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified, The product must be sent back in the original condition(resellable condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, altered in any way (original ties must remain intact as it was received by the customer).
